Charlotte is one of the co-founders of Big Barn Press, a boutique publishing house for children’s educational books based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. One of her most vivid memories from when she was young was her mother reading stories to her as she fell asleep. That comfortable and secure feeling of sleepily sinking into a pillow is what she wants to bring to a new generation of children everywhere.
She is the primary author of the Teach Me How! Series, which teaches children skills for maturing, development, education.
Jimmy is the other co-founder of Big Barn Press. He used to be a stage actor, best known for his one-man show of a dog trying out the daily life of a cat. He turned this play into his first picture book, and from then on, was entranced by writing for children. Jimmy acts as Creative Director, while Charlotte acts as President.
